Arnica Cream

Arnica is a plant of the daisy family.  It is best known as an effective ointment and compress for bruises, sprains and muscle pain, arnica is thought to improve local blood supply which helps accelerate healing. 

It may also help muscle soreness especially due to strain and exertion. Please note this is not a homeopathic preparation.

Arnica cream is traditionally used to help ease bruises and sprains.  It has also been used to help relieve rheumatic pain.  It should not be used on areas of broken skin.
