Comfrey has been used to treat acne and boils. Calendula and Comfrey cream also contains St John.s wort oil which helps to promote healing and help with local nerve pain, Lavender essential oil which has an anti-inflammatory effect and Witch Hazel water which helps to astringe the skin.
